Same Day Local Delivery Policy

No time gaurantee.
Estimate delivery time: 1-2hours. (Traffic, Rush hour, Distance can effect in delay in delivery time. Estimate delivery time can be updated once order is confirmed.
All orders must be paid in full before to go out for delivery: E-Transfer / Online Payement. (No cash on delivery. Cash on delivery option is very limited and not guaranteed. Need to call shop to check if any driver is available for C.O.D.)
We Check ID, No ID, No Delivery, No Refund.
First order I.D check need with FaceTime with Valid I.D or Email government photo I.D (vapingstory@gmail.com Please include Full name & Order #).
All orders will go out only when delivery time is confirmed with a customer. Please standby for a call or text after placing an order. In order note kindly put hours you will be home with preferred contact method.
If package was left at the door by request, we will not be responsible for lost package.
If delivery could not be complete due to customer not being present, not responding to contact attempts, or failure to provide valid ID will be refunded for the remaining value after all delivery fees are subtracted. Delivery fees are not refundable, and delivery fees are charged both directions.
If you live outside of delivery range, and would like to place an order, please contact us, we will try to find a way to deliver at reasonable time & cost.

Delivery time is only estimate, please understand that it is not guaranteed time arrangement, but we will do our best to process all of our same day orders in time, but at unfortunate circumstances we will contact you with alternate options.

If you are not in urgent need of your order, we can always arrange other delivery options as well. We can mail your orders via Canada Post or with any other preferred carrier or simply you can visit our retail store location at 613 Somerset St. West OTTAWA or 667 King St East Hamilton.

*IQOs products are excluded from free local delivery service. We can delivery, but extra delivery charge will be applied.
