Same Day Local Delivery Policy

No time guaranteed: traffic, rush hour, distance, road condition and other factors may affect delivery time. Estimated delivery time can be updated once order is confirmed and driver is arranged.
All orders must be paid in full before arranging delivery: only E-Transfer / online payment accepted. (No cash on delivery.
ID must be verified. No delivery and no refund.

For all first-time orders, I.D must be verified via FaceTime or Email with a valid government issued photo I.D.

FaceTime verification: contact store for number/email
Email verification: "id.vapingstory@gmail.com" and include full name and order number.

Delivery will be arranged once we have confirmation that you will be home to receive your delivery order. Hence, please standby for a call or text after placing an order or kindly leave delivery instructions on the order notes with hours you will be home and preferred contact method.
We are not responsible for lost packages if delivery instruction is to leave the package at the door/mailbox/ porch, etc.
After failed attempts to confirm time available for delivery or verify ID, a refund will be issued for the remaining value after the deduction of all service fees. Delivery fees are not refundable, and delivery fees are charged for both directions.
If you live outside the delivery range and would like to place an order, please contact us. We will try to find a way to deliver at reasonable time and cost.
Holiday delivery hours may be different. Please call the shop to check.
We are closed Christmas and New Year’s. Other holidays may also be affected. No delivery when closed.

*For non-urgent orders, shipping options are available. We can mail your orders via Canada Post, any other preferred carriers, or simply pickup at our retail locations at 613 Somerset St. West OTTAWA or 667 King St East Hamilton.

*IQOs products are excluded from free local delivery service. A delivery charge will be applied.
